I’m Bit. I’m with you every lesson, and I pick up colour as you go.
A simple guide to understanding AI and putting it to use
Start from scratch and practise on emails, documents, meetings and clients.
By the end, this takes you minutes
- The email that eats your morning, written in two minutes, in your voice.
- A long document, cut down to the part that affects you.
- A meeting prepared before you walk in, with notes when you walk out.
- A made-up fact, caught before you forward it in your name.
You learn by doing, not by reading
Common questions about learning to use AI
Short answers to what people ask us most before they start.
What is a prompt?
A prompt is the instruction you write to an artificial intelligence to ask it for something. It can be a single line (“summarise this text”) or a full brief with context, task and format. The quality of the answer nearly always comes down to the quality of the prompt, not the tool you happen to be using.
How do you write a good prompt?
A good prompt has four parts: context (who you are and who it is for), task (exactly what you want), criteria (what it must do or avoid) and format (length, tone and shape of the answer). Put those four in and the answer stops being generic. Lesson 3 of Bit AI School builds one piece by piece and holds it up against the weak version.
Can you learn to use AI without being technical?
Yes. You do not need to code, install anything or understand the maths behind a model: you need to describe what you want clearly. Bit AI School is written for people who aren’t technical, in five-minute lessons that practise on real work tasks.
What does the course cover and how long does it take?
20 lessons across 4 units, roughly 114 minutes of course in total. Each lesson takes five minutes on your phone, with an explanation, exercises marked as you go and a short recap. The first 3 are complete and free.
How much does Bit AI School cost?
The first 3 lessons are free, with no card and no account. The rest of the course is Bit AI School Complete: a one-off payment of €39 VAT included, with lifetime access and new lessons included. There are no recurring charges.
Which AI tool do I need for the course?
Any free AI chat: ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini all work. The course teaches you how to ask well rather than how to drive one brand, so what you learn carries across all three. There is no software to install.
What languages is the course in?
Spanish, English and French, and all three versions are complete: the 20 lessons, the exercises and the corrections. Spanish lives at bitaischool.com, English at /en and French at /fr. You switch language from the header and your progress follows you.
Do I need to install anything or create an account to start?
Neither. The first 3 lessons open in your browser, with no account and no card. An account is free and only exists to save your progress and let you carry on from another device.
