1. Who we are
To be completed by the owner before launch: legal company name, registered address, tax and VAT number, and legal and privacy contact email. Bit AI School is the name of the online training project.
2. What this service is
Bit AI School is an online course providing general training on how to use text-based artificial intelligence tools. The content is informative and educational.
Lessons marked as free can be accessed without payment. Lessons marked as paid require an access permission linked to your account.
3. Your account
You need a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters, including letters and numbers. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for any activity carried out from your account.
You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
4. Acceptable use
You must not try to access content you do not have permission for, automate mass requests to the service, redistribute course material without permission, or impersonate others.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, giving notice by email unless the nature of the abuse makes this inappropriate.
5. Content and intellectual property
The texts, audio, animations and exercises in the course belong to Bit AI School. You may use them to learn and apply them in your work; you may not resell them or publish them as your own.
What you write in the exercises is yours. Exercises in free lessons are processed in your browser and their content is not sent to our servers.
6. What you buy, who charges, and how
The first three lessons are free and do not require any payment. The paid product is Bit AI School Complete: access to the remaining seventeen lessons of the course, plus any added later, for a launch price of €39 (VAT included) as a single payment. The later price will be €69, with no announced deadline. There are no ongoing fees, renewals or any further recurring charges. Access does not expire: it lasts for the lifetime of the service.
Payment is taken by Bit AI School through a payment gateway acting as processor. Your card details are entered in the gateway and never reach our servers: from a purchase we only keep the transaction ID, amount, currency, associated email and date, so we can prove it. The transaction currency is the euro.
The contract is completed when the payment gateway confirms payment. You can buy without having an account: in that case, we give you a purchase code to activate access when you register, and access is also linked if you register with the same email you used to pay. Each purchase enables a single account.
Right of withdrawal. If you buy as a consumer, articles 102 to 108 of the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users give you a period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw from the contract without needing to give a reason. As this is digital content delivered immediately, article 103.m states that this right is lost once delivery has begun with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you lose this right.
By clicking the buy button, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge this consequence. If you prefer to keep the full withdrawal period, let us know before opening any paid lesson and we will keep access closed until it has passed. To withdraw, just send a clear statement within the period with your purchase code; if applicable, we will refund the full amount by the same payment method within a maximum of fourteen calendar days from when we receive your request.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available at all times, but it is offered ‘as is’, with no guarantee of uninterrupted access. We may change or remove content, and will let you know if the change is significant.
The course teaches you how to use third-party tools. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on results generated by AI: checking the information before using it is part of what the course itself teaches.
8. Liability
As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the service. Nothing above excludes liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor any rights that consumer law grants as mandatory.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the courts of the consumer’s place of residence will have jurisdiction where required by applicable law.
10. Changes to the terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date above and, if the change is significant, we will let you know by email with reasonable notice.
